Giving is a personal decision. United Way strongly discourages and works to eliminate coercion of any kind in the solicitation process. United Way respects your privacy. We do not rent, trade or sell our lists of donors. According to U.S. tax regulations for deductible contributions, if you donate a single payment by check, cash or payroll deduction, you need to document your donation. No compensation, goods or services have been given to the donor in return for their contribution.
